Lisa Caldwell, LMHCALisa Caldwell is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate. She received her Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology from The Seattle School of Theology and Psychology. Lisa believes we are all created for connection in relationships, and that there is hope to find healing through the therapeutic relationship. She finds growth comes from becoming more connected to yourself and others in healthy ways. In listening to what you say, and paying attention to what is not said, she can help identify recurring patterns and themes. As a trauma-informed therapist, she looks through a lens of attachment theory and considers how shame and addiction cycles might be contributing to ongoing pain. Lisa is trained in Lifespan Integration (LI). LI is “a gentle body based therapeutic method which heals without re-traumatizing.”
Lisa works with individuals around issues of grief, loss, trauma, depression, anxiety, and life transitions. Her goal is to instill hope as you work collaboratively towards healing, growth and change. Her desire is to help individuals move past coping with symptoms, to a place of freedom, and ultimately, live a fulfilling and flourishing life. She values the intersection of faith and emotional health, and welcomes clients of various belief systems. She has a heart for those who grew up in a faith community but may have been hurt by the experience. Lisa is currently accepting new clients. Please visit our contact page for more information. |
